Heart Exercise I
1.Touch your heart to improve the attention to your heart.
2.Close your eyes to decrease the activities of your brain.
3.Relax to reduce the domination of your brain.
4.Smile to let your heart and feeling grow stronger.
5.Smile to your heart (without thinking where or how) to let your heart and feeling grow even stronger.
6.Just keep your eyes closed, relax, and smile to your heart... {1 minute}.
7.Feel the calmness, peacefulness or light feeling from your heart becoming stronger. Let yourself be dissolved into the feeling of calmness, peacefulness and nice light feeling...
8.(Without thinking how to do the instruction), simply let the blessings of True Source bring you into the blessing. Feel and realize the differences when you are within the blessing.
9.Leave the blessing. Feel and realize the nice feelings are within your heart. However, you are not really there.
10.{Repeat step 8 and 9 two to three times} Then let the blessing of True Source bring you into the blessing again.
11.Relax more... Let the blessing work better, to bring you even deeper into the blessing.
12.Let the blessing of True Source remove all burdens, negative emotions and all other negativities. Feel how your heart and feeling so that your heart and feeling can rely on the blessing of True Source better in your daily life.
13.Let the blessing of True Source give all the most wonderful things to your whole heart, whole feeling and whole self... enjoy... the blessing of True Source and all wonderful things from the blessing of True Source.
